Poetry therapy can help you to clarify and build your sense of identity.

This experiential workshop is for anyone who wants to find answers to the thought-provoking question WHO AM I? It is also beneficial for those who enjoy journaling, writing for personal or professional development, or who are interested in using therapeutic writing with groups.

Join me and together we will discover new ways to reconnect with yourself. Using poetry, conversation and self-reflective writing, we will unleash the wisdom within you."
