Therapeutic writing for resilience – 25 September 2020

This course is designed to enable you to experience the power of therapeutic writing as a tool to increase your resilience and learn how to utilise the skills employed during tough times.

No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required; you simply need to be willing to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment. 

The course will be led by Charmaine Pollard, an experienced Poetry Therapist, counsellor and life coach with a passion for leading therapeutic writing workshops to promote health and wellbeing.
