So Many Beauties, Manchester – 26 September 2019

Manchester’s first dementia-Friendly music festival will be taking place in Manchester as part of BBC Music Day on Thursday 26 September.

So Many Beauties is an Arts Council England funded project which offers creative music making sessions to people living with dementia and their carers. They are working in partnership with Manchester's Camerata orchestra, the Bridgewater Hall and the charity Music in Hospitals and Care to present a day of relaxed musical performances, music making sessions, discussions, and showcases of music and theatre pieces co-created by people living with dementia.

The festival is free to attend and bookings can be made via the Bridgewater Hall box office.
