Royal Opera House Bridge Programme Managers, Royal Opera House – deadline 23 November

The Royal Opera House(ROH) is part of a new network of ‘Bridge’ Organisations announced by the Arts Council, which will provide a bridge between the arts and education sectors, and support the goal of enabling every child and young person to have the opportunity to experience the richness of the arts. ROH has been asked to lead the Bridge programme in areas of the East and South East regions – stretching from Bedfordshire to north Kent - from April 2012.

Reporting to the Head of the Royal Opera House Bridge Programme, three Programme Managers will each be responsible for developing partnerships, collaborations and external relationships across a specific geographical area, and for supporting colleagues in the arts & culture and education sectors through activities including brokerage, networking and training, in order to address the needs of children and young people locally.

A fourth Programme Manager (Artsmark and Arts Award) will take responsibility for the strategic development and promotion of the Artsmark and Arts Award initiatives across the Bridge region.
