The final deadline for the submission of abstracts for The Art of Good Health and Wellbeing at the College of Fine Arts, University of NSW, Sydney from 12 to 14 November 2013 is Friday 24 May.

The Art of Good Health and Wellbeing, 5th Annual International Arts and Health Conference, aims to present best practice and innovative arts and health programs, effective health promotion and prevention campaigns, methods of project evaluation and scientific research.

The 5th Annual International Arts and Health Conference will be hosted by Arts and Health Australia in association with the College of Fine Arts (COFA) at the University of New South Wales in Sydney from 11 to 14 November 2013. This year's conference will focus on mental health and creative ageing.

There will be specific streams in the conference program encompassing arts and health practice in primary and acute care, community health, ageing, health promotion, health education and research.

The Global Alliance for Arts and Health will hold its 24th annual international conference, Healing Communities through the Arts, April 11-12, 2013, in Washington, DC, USA This conference will focus on programs and initiatives that expand arts and health beyond healthcare settings and into communities, because, like individual patients, whole communities face stressful circumstances that can benefit from the arts.
