The Dance Health Coordinator plays a key role working with engagement and cross department colleagues, local and regional partners in supporting the delivery of ENB’s pioneering creative health and wellbeing programmes and world-class research partnerships.

Project co-ordinator opening at Spare Tyre – deadline 29 April 2021

Artist-led participatory theatre company Spare Tyre is looking for a candidate to provide logistical support to produce its inclusive artist training programme over 22 days in May and June 2021. There will also be some work with the general manager on the day-to-day running of the company. 

The company are looking for someone who is highly organised, can demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and access in the arts, and can manage their time effectively. This flexible part-time role would suit someone who has administration, project co-ordination or stage management experience.

Inspiring London through Culture grant – deadline 5 November 2021

The City of London Corporation is offering grants of between £500 and £10,000 to organisations that further enrich the Square Mile’s cultural offer and who may benefit from additional support or sponsorship to help initiatives to develop.

Proposals submitted must deliver some (or all) of their benefits within the Square Mile or among communities from the Square Mile, as well as meet with at least one of the following core criteria:

WEA London Festival – 26 June to 16 July 2021

During the pandemic, adult learning charity WEA ran over a thousand courses online from ESOL to Art History.  Over the summer it has organised the London Festival - a series of events and walks in the capital.

Stroll out of Lockdown and enjoy re-engaging with people, places and learning. Walks will include sketching in Regent’s Park, exploration of Egyptian treasures at the British Museum and drawing the London skyline. Each guided walk is led by a WEA tutor and limited to 12 people at each event.

April Artist Peer Group – 26 April 2021

The Arts & Health Hub is a community of artists and cultural producers interested in or working in the field of arts and health. It runs free monthly peer groups to discuss and further individual's artistic practice.

The virtual artist peer group provides an opportunity to hear from two artists about their practice. The peer groups provide the space for artists to share active ideas, projects and challenges, with support from audience participants.

Join London Arts and Health’s Digital Sandpit

We are excited to launch a Digital Sandpit to give members the opportunity to learn about best practice, host practice sessions, and reflect and share learnings.

The group is free to join, and is a private space where members can chat, share practice, ask questions and help each other.

Ealing Arts and Health Alliance – 19 May 2021

Ealing Arts and Health Alliance aims to harness the positive effects that the arts have on health and wellbeing and create a space where impactful local projects and partnerships can be launched. The alliance meets every two months and welcomes anyone in Ealing working in the arts and health sectors or with children and young people. Social prescribing is the theme for May’s meeting.

Participants are asked to fill out a short expression of interest form in advance of the meeting.
