Power of Music in Health and Social Care 2019, Nottingham – 4 November 2019

Following the success of its first Power of Music in Health and Social Care Conference in October 2018, the University of Nottingham has announced its second conference in partnership with Lakeside Arts, Room 217 Foundation, Live Music Now, Music for Dementia 2020, OPUS Music and Health, Institute of Mental Health, Social Prescribing Network, ESRC Festival of Social Science and The Utley Foundation.

This one-day conference brings together care partners interested in the role music has in the quality of living and care. Presenters will include Dr Anthea Holland, Bev Foster, James Sanderson, Dr Jane Bentley, Professor Raymond MacDonald, Professor Gary Ansdell, Dr Catherine Jordan, OPUS Music, Live Music Now, Red Sea, and Bird and Family Bryan.
