Pan-London End of Life Alliance

A new network designed to look at ways of improving end of life experiences for Londoners and their families is due to meet for the first time. The Pan London End of Life (EoL) Alliance, which is currently led in partnership by Marie Curie, NHS England (London) and ADASS (London), was launched in November last year, bringing together the public and voluntary and community sectors. It consists of a wide representation from across health, social care, VCS and education sectors, as well as individuals who can speak on behalf of families and others who have experience of terminal illness. It aims to support the work being done by NHS England (London) and ADASS (London) but is not part of their governance structures. Both of those groups are keen to work with lay representatives and with the VCS.
