Digital R&D Fund for the Arts – deadline 7 January 2014

The Digital R&D Fund for the Arts is a £7 million fund to support collaboration between organisations with arts projects, technology providers, and researchers.  They are looking to support projects that use digital technology to enhance audience reach and/or develop new business models for the arts sector.

Development Manager – deadline 20 January 2014

LAHF is recruiting! We are looking to appoint a new Development Manager on an initial six month contract to support the implementation of our programme of projects. Working with the Director, the Development Manager will help shape and develop project proposals, research relevant, potential income streams and develop funding applications.

Music and Visual Arts Facilitators – 20 January 2014

Age-Exchange is seeking to appoint two freelance facilitators to run creative workshops with people affected by Dementia. The successful candidates will run weekly group workshops beginning in May/ June 2014 for 6 months, with the possibility of running 1-1 sessions, mentoring care staff and presenting at seminars.

Wellcome Trust – Arts Awards – deadline 24 January 2014

The Arts Awards support projects that engage the public with biomedical science through the arts including dance, drama, performance arts, visual arts, music, film, craft, photography, creative writing or digital media.

Musician for intensive care

rb&hArts is seeking an experienced professional musician to perform solo for one afternoon a week in the intensive treatment and high dependency areas of a north-west London hospital. This charitably-funded pilot project will run from early January to the end of April 2014.

People Going Places Fund – 13th February 2014

This fund is designed to strengthen the local arts sector in Barking & Dagenham and to provide support for the kinds of arts development activities which are difficult to get funded elsewhere. Awards of up to £3,000 are available to groups, organisations and individuals aged over 16 and living or working in Barking & Dagenham. The deadline for applying is 13 February 2014.
