London's health priorities
Saving more Londoners’ lives through the early diagnosis and prevention of cancer and tackling childhood obesity are among the key priorities identified by the new London Health Improvement Board.

Arts 4 Dementia (A4D)’s London Arts Challenge in 2012 programme of challenging activities for people in the early stages of dementia and their carers, is now part of the London 2012 Inspire programme.

Arts Council England announces Renaissance major partner museums and Museum Development Fund
The Arts Council has announced the 16 major partner museums, as well as further details of the Museum Development Fund.

Arts & Health South West has announced the launch of the Arts & Health South West Awards sponsored by the Fine Family Foundation, designed to celebrate inspirational arts and health work in the South West.

PRS funding for organisations and groups - deadline 6 February
The Performing Rights Society (PRS) for Music Foundation, the UK's leading funder of new music across all genres, has announced that its funding programme for organisations and groups is currently open for applications.

Arts Council England: Strategic Touring Programme – deadline 2 March
The £45 million programme aims to encourage collaboration between cultural organisations so more people across England experience and are inspired by the arts, particularly in places which rely on touring for much of their arts provision.

Starbucks Youth Action Programme - deadline 5 March
Young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who wish to make a positive difference within their community can apply for grants of up to £2,000 through the Starbucks Youth Action Programme.

The journal Arts & Health aims to publish a special issue in June 2013 on international perspectives in community-based arts and health.
