Making Music is seeking a Head of Membership, Regional Manager and Digital Communications Intern.

Head of Membership - London, full time

Making Music is recruiting the senior position of Head of Membership to contribute towards its strategic development and ensure that it delivers a first class service to its members. The successful candidate will have significant experience of customer service, membership recruitment and retention, team management, marketing and communications, digital strategy and service development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and creative individual with a strong commercial aptitude.

Regional Manager - South East of England, home-based, full time

The Regional Manager position is an opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational individual to progress the work of Making Music by developing its volunteer team in the South East. The role will be to recruit and manage its volunteers, support member groups, grow its membership and act as an ambassador for amateur music making.

Digital Communications Intern (voluntary, two/three days per week, London)

Making Music is seeking a Digital Communications intern to help it develop critical services delivered via its website, and to benefit from the opportunity to develop valuable experience and skills in web editing and digital marketing. Main responsibilities will be to provide support to the Digital Communications Executive and Membership Services Team in its digital communications, with particular emphasis on website content editing, image sourcing and editing for the web, copywriting for the web and preparing email communications. There will be a commitment of two to three days per week, for a minimum of three months. The position is unpaid but travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Deadline: 1pm on Friday 4 November. Interviews to be held in London week beginning 14 November.
