Cultural Commissioning Programme announces pilot partners

The Cultural Commissioning Programme has recruited two pilot Commissioning Partners to work with over the next 18 months to test and develop good practice in relation to cultural commissioning. Learning from these pilots will be collated and developed into guidance for commissioners more broadly. The partners will be:
Kent County Council – working in partnership with Kent Public Health, Community Support Strategic Commissioning Team, Kent Arts & Cultural Service, Royal Opera House Bridge and Artswork Bridge for the South East, Arts Development UK.
Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group – working in partnership with Gloucester City Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council and Create Gloucestershire.

The Cultural Commissioning Programme is a three year Arts Council England funded programme which runs to June 2016.
