Diploma in Leading Dance for Older People

Green Candle Dance has launched a Level 3 OCNLR course for Dancers, Dance Teachers, Carers, Care Home workers, Occupational Therapists, or anyone working with older people or in community dance.

This in depth course aims to deliver an understanding of how to lead safe, effective and enjoyable dance and movement work with older people.

The University of West London is launching a new MSc taught by tutors from a variety of disciplines including art, design, music and film. It is designed to promote creative, integrated and holistic practice and provides opportunities to undertake arts-based projects in dementia care settings.

Building Resilience: Fundraising and Revenue Diversification – deadline 31 July 2017

The programme provides participating organisations with 18 months of group training and individual support, designed to accelerate their revenue-generating capacity, with an emphasis on fundraising.
