Arts & Minds: Artists for 3 Year Project 'Inside Out'
Arts and Minds has secured funds for a three year project working with children and families at The Croft and in partnership with Anglesey Abbey.
The Croft Child and Family Unit provides intensive assessment and treatment for children with complex emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, as well as working intensively with parents to develop their parenting skills. It is currently a unique service in the area.
In the proposed new project, Arts & Minds will work with a team of specially recruited artists to give the young people at the Croft Unit a taster of a wide range of arts and media skills, including painting, drawing, decoupage/collage, textile art, digital photography/video, computer aided design, print and paper making, and environmental art.
