Arts in Dentistry, Exploring arts-based approaches to dental health and wellbeing – 22 January 2018

4.30-7.30pm at the Dental Institute, Guy’s Hospital, Tower Bridge

An opportunity for artists to take part in a workshop brainstorming arts-based solutions to dental health challenges, with seed funding available for the best collaborative proposals that emerge.

The Arts, Health and Wellbeing innovation programme explores how the arts can enhance health and wellbeing in clinical and care settings. This workshop will offer opportunities for artists and arts organisations to develop new conversations and collaborations with Dental Institute researchers at King's College London. The aim will be to conceive and develop experimental arts-based approaches to dental health challenges, with seed-funding being made available to the best ideas that emerge.

The following infographics illustrate some of the research evidence for arts interventions in clinical and care settings and our hope is that these will serve to inspire and stimulate your interest and imagination.
