Arts Council England updates Brexit guide

Arts Council England has updated its EU Exit Guide to help cultural organisations prepare for the UK exiting the EU without a withdrawal agreement on 31 October. The guide provides information on Brexit for the arts, museums and libraries and signposts to the latest Government notices and policy papers. The Arts Council stresses that the information is subject to change and recommends that organisations carry out all necessary due diligence and seek independent advice on matters that may be specifically relevant to them.
The body has also published a Brexit Q&A with James Bird, the Head of External Affairs and Policy at the Southbank Centre, who talked through the Centre’s preparations for Brexit and lessons to be learned.
